Current Opportunities

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

​

1. Truck Drivers

​

We are seeking experienced drivers with a valid Class 1 or Class 3 license to haul sand, gravel, and other materials across Pender Island and the Southern Gulf Islands. Knowledge of ferry schedules and experience with island driving is an asset. Must know how to look after your machine. 

​

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license.

• Clean driving record.

• Knowledge of local roads and ferry systems is a plus.

• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset.

2. Excavator Operators

​

We need skilled excavator operators to work on a variety of excavation projects, from residential developments to commercial projects. Experience operating machinery on varied terrain, including rock-breaking and stump removal, is essential.

Requirements:

• Experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment.

• Familiarity with rock-breaking attachments and stump grinding is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations.
